About incubator

One of the objectives of WTG is to support and develop successful Russian projects in winter maintenance of cities and infrastructure and bring them to Russian and international markets.

About incubator

About incubator

One of the key activities of WTG community is to support promising areas and solutions for deicing in urban and industrial settings - airports, high security facilities, and business.

We pay special attention to the developments that help improve the quality and comfort of life in cities and safety of their residents.

On this journey, we go beyond manufacturing modern anti-icing materials, expanding our operations to production of disinfectants and detergents for road and urban infrastructure, support of innovative solutions for modernization of road surfaces, etc.

If your project fits the key areas of WTG Business Incubator, leave a request for feedback.

Anti-dust agents for roads
Anti-dust agents for roads
Completed
The project has been developed in collaboration with experts from the National Association for Winter Road Maintenance and industry research institutes. Safe and efficient anti-dust agents have been created for application on asphalt-coated roadways. Such compounds can be used to suppress and bind dust, residues of salt and sand mixes on the road surface down to negative temperatures (not below minus 10C). The materials do not impair tyre-road friction coefficient and capture dust on the surface for up to 14 weeks. They are efficient even after rain and enhance the quality of sweeping, thus increasing the amount of dust removed from roads

Development of a material to control ice build-up in industrial refrigeration systems
Completed
A growing snow layer inside a refrigerator is a common cause of slowed-down production processes.

Ice build-up entails the need to defrost, leading to loss of time and money.
In team with the Winter Institute, an efficient product has been developed, helping combat thick ice layer growth in freezers. The product does not react with food, does not cause corrosion, does not destroy concrete floors and is absolutely safe for refrigeration system bacteria.

Material for using mobile toilet cabins in winter
Material for using mobile toilet cabins in winter
Completed
Use of mobile toilet cabins in winter is not uncommon, especially at construction sites, cultural and sports events in outdoor stadiums, tourist camps, hunting and fishing farms and other specialized organizations. At subzero temperatures, their cleaning becomes difficult. Experts of the Winter Institute have developed AntiICE WC - a special product which prevents waste from freezing and has a deodorizing effect.

We are in favour of art. But sometimes a burst of creativity leaves its traces on the walls of houses, bus stops, fences and other surfaces where it is not welcomed by the owners. At the request of several municipalities, the Group's experts embarked on a search for a coating that would discourage street artists from painting where they shouldn't. Laboratory tests are underway.

Selection of special protective compounds that prevent ice build-up on cornices, roofs, and other vertical surfaces such as railroad cars, road signs and fences. A number of compositions have been found to significantly reduce adhesion of ice and snow to the surface, making it easier to remove ice and in some cases prevent its build-up. Currently, field and laboratory tests are underway.
