Industrial park

WTG takes part in development of the first industrial park in the chemical industry. A unique combination of the park's location, presence of skilled staff and resident chemical enterprises, coupled with availability of a well-equipped laboratory, enables implementation of the most sophisticated chemical projects.

The Park's concept springs from the contemporary needs of business that wants to reduce the costs of logistics, management, and consulting by way of placement of its production capacities in the territory of the industrial zone in the Moscow area. 

Residents of the park can occupy available areas or join the project on the basis of the "build-to-suit" scheme, suggesting that site preparation, building design and construction, piping and wiring are performed according to the customer preferences.

Residents of the Industrial Park are offered existing areas and/or construction of new buildings on a turnkey basis. Sites offered for development: 2500 sq.m. and 3000 sq.m.

Residents are placed on the basis of the "build-to-suit" scheme. The scheme includes site preparation, building design and construction, piping and wiring according to the customer preferences.
